Shipping policy
When will my order ship out?
Most orders ship out within 3 to 10 business days. Shipping timelines are post fulfillment (after the production of product).
What if my address is wrong on my order?
Orders will be fulfilled and shipped to the address given on the original order and cannot be changed or adjusted once fulfillment has begun. If you notice there is a mistake with your address after placing the order, please email concierge@vegasvarsity.com within 6 hours of when you placed the order. After 6 hours, we may not be able to change or adjust the address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International Standard - usually delivers within 2-4 weeks, although sometimes it can take longer due to delays in customs. No tracking information is available for orders shipped outside the US. International and military orders may experience delays in shipping due to inbound and outbound processing.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. Vegas Varsity is not responsible for any delayed, misplaced, lost or stolen packages caused by USPS. If this happens to your order, Vegas Varsity will do it's best to assist with the process of finding your order or starting a claim with USPS. Please allow 2-3 weeks to complete the process.
